Shots taken during the elite training. Quite a nice & quiet town, a home for the Royal Malaysian Navy and pretty close to Lumut - of which can hop onto a ferry and leave to Pulau Pangkor.
It took about 1.5 hrs to reach the Bidor [132] toll exit & another 1 hr on the old road to reach Seri Manjung [about 100km].
Powerman Malaysia @ Seri Manjung is a duathlon sports of which involves 10KM run, 64KM bicycle & 11KM run. Quite a body challenge sports, I am sure some of us in the SMTM would be keen or already started with this duathlon.
